What Our Guests Love
We had an absolutely lovely time. Fab decor, very relaxed surrounds and vibe in the house. The views were stunning, especially from the living room and bedroom, and it was nice having private water access. We also loved and appreciated being able to have our dog with us. Did not want to leave.

Rates & charges
Minimum 2 night stay. 10% off for 7 days. 20% off for 30 days.
We also offer 3 month leases by negotiation.
Standard Rate
$300 nightly (for up to 4 guests and $60 for each extra guest per night).
A cleaning fee of $150 covers each stay (plus a small extra fee for any additional cleaning required for pets).
PEAK SEASON RATE
Summer & School Holidays: $400 per night.
Other fees as above.
